Germina Clervil is a licensed cosmetologist, entrepreneur, educator, and founder of Faithfully GC Salon. With more than 11 years of professional experience in the beauty industry and 18 years of braiding experience, she is passionate about helping young people develop practical skills that build confidence, independence, and economic opportunity.

Originally beginning her braiding journey as a teenager seeking a way to earn income, Germina transformed her passion into a thriving six-figure salon business. Her story serves as a powerful example of how a marketable skill, dedication, and entrepreneurship can create life-changing opportunities.

Today, Germina is committed to mentoring the next generation of beauty professionals and aspiring entrepreneurs. Through workshops, hands-on training, and mentorship, she teaches students not only how to braid hair, but also how to develop professionalism, attract and retain clients, build a personal brand, and cultivate self-confidence.

As part of her mission to create pathways to success for young people, Germina has successfully taught and graduated 20 students through her braiding education program at Fort Myers Academy. Her work has received positive feedback from students, parents, and staff, and she is proud to provide a letter of recommendation from the program's director upon request.

Germina's long-term vision is to expand Faithfully GC into a premier educational salon and training center that equips future beauty professionals with the skills, experience, and business knowledge needed to thrive in the industry and beyond.
